Lea Sold Out Online

As of yesterday December 20 Lea is Sold Out online. This means her Starter Collection is also sold out.  The fruit stand is on back order online until February 10, 2017, all her other items remain in stock online. I know a lot of people thought she might not sell out before the end of the year  but she has so now we can start the count down to the next girl of the year.

American Girl Place Washington DC Sold Out Items

Yesterday we were at the American Girl Washington DC store and the following items were labeled Out of Stock:

The Tweed hat was finally available in a new display area.

The 15% off of a two item accessory purchase was still going on.

The Purchase with Purchase is still Saige's Picnic Set for $14.

There was one of Caroline's Banquet Table left.

The Caroline display was almost empty except for Caroline, her night gown, holiday dress and blue special occasion dress. Her skiff and bed were both still on display but I didn't see her cat Inkpot and  he could be sold out. 

The mini doll display shelf is still on sale, and the store exclusive Sailboard was on sale for $29.

The current Purchase with Purchase (PWP) is Saige's picnic set for $14.

The tweed hat, sparkle beanie and fedora were on display but were nowhere to be found.

The store exclusive purple skirt was on sale for $6.

The buy two save 15% sale on accessories is still active.

They are handing out coupons for $10 off of a $100 purchase for September, however the coupons have a unique code like the ones for August (it is safe to assume this will be the new normal). The coupons are also only good from September 1 through September 22 instead of the whole month. Speculation is that the 23 will be the release of the holiday items.

American Girl Place Washington DC Out of Stock items

I was at the DC American Girl store over the weekend and wanted to update everyone on what I saw (or didn't see as the case may be) while I was there.

Caroline's Travel Basket, Hat and Spencer, and Work Dress were all out of stock. The sales associate I spoke to told me, "since she is leaving us at the end of August what ever we have is all that is left and we aren't getting anything else for her." That being said I purchased Caroline's calf Garnet which had to be brought from the back, and the lady told me only two were left. 

It seems that American Girl is pushing for Caroline to be out of stores before Maryellen's debut in August.

Julie's Mixed Print Maxi Dress was Out of Stock

Dalmatian puppy was out of stock

Kit's Chicken Keeping Outfit was Out of Stock and has been the only Limited Edition Outfit to go Out of Stock there according to the sales associate.

Grace's in-store only bakery treats were Out of Stock

The Purchase with Purchase Rash Guard and Shorts set was no longer available and all the dolls on the Sail Boards were dressed in the Flower Print Bikini. There was a Bitty Baby Diaper bag available as a Purchase with Purchase. 

They were handing out coupons at checkout with your purchase for $10 off of any purchase over $100 during the month of August. Unlike before when every coupon had the same code the new coupons have a unique code that can only be used once.

Monster High San Diego Comic Con Exclusive

Matty Collector announced the SDCC Monster High exclusive(s) and it is a villains two pack and a Nefera vinyl. The villains are Valentine and Whisp and according to mattycollector.com they are looking for a chance at redemption. Valentine was the main antagonist in Why Do Ghouls Fall In Love and Whisp was the main antagonist in 13 Wishes. 

There has been a lot of fuss in recent years about Mattel debuting new characters as the SDCC exclusives instead of special editions of pre-existing characters.

The exclusive vinyl is new this year and features the villainous, elder De Nile sister in her Boo York Boo York outfit. There has not been a lot of Nefera merchandise so a vinyl of her is a nice change.

American Girls Cecile & Ruthie Sold Out

According to AmericanGirl.com Cecile and Ruthie are officially Sold Out. Cecile's bed, Marie Grace's dog and most of Marie Grace's outfits are also Sold Out. Of the four being discontinued this year only Marie Grave remains but probably not for much longer. 

American Girl Ivy Sold Out

American Girl Ivy has officially Sold Out, and so has her accessories.

As of today the only pieces of her collection available are her New Years Dress  and her Rainbow Romper.

I'm not surprised that Ivy sold out first. Who do you think will be next?
