American Girl is currently offering 20% off all regular priced items now through December 12, 2015 with the code
GIFT20. I can't really recall a time when they have offered a percentage off of items of your choosing. This does seem to include dolls as well.
They have also added several items to the sale section including Grace's Welcome Gifts, which state they are on sale through November 30, 2015.
